Participation on steering committees to review and revise curriculum content and resource provision on a National Level. Principal advisor on benchmarking practices and international education standards, specifically in reference to early years and language acquisition.

Sarah Cotching

An education change agent within developing countries for the past 8 years. Experiences include being part of Government led reform initiatives within the UAE, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, and Saudi Arabia. Her work includes leadership of early years literacy initiatives within Malaysian pre- schools, development of strategic planning for school leadership, teacher coaching and mentoring, baseline assessment and reporting for new reform projects, resourcing, and curriculum design of teacher training programs. Prior experience also includes teaching within New Zealand schools and volunteer work within nurseries in Africa.
